Dr Joseph Tchamgoue
Head of research and development
 He is a passionate researcher and lecturer at the Department of Organic Chemistry at the University of Yaounde I. His research focuses on the valorization of Cameroonian plants through the formulation of phyto-drugs, cosmetics, and agri-food products. Through his efforts, he has contributed to the creation of several innovative agri-food products, thus offering natural and sustainable solutions. With an impressive academic background, he has gained international expertise through research and training at renowned universities such as Addis Ababa University in Ethiopia, the Malaysian University of Technology, the University of Karachi in Pakistan, the University of Surrey in Great Britain, and the University of Helsinki in Finland.As the author of numerous scientific publications in his field, Dr. Tchamgoue has been honored with the prestigious Falling Walls Lab prize in recognition of his innovative work and commitment to research and development.

Malong Tjabag Albin Thibault
Business Development Officer
  Former consultant for the youth economic promotion program of the Ministry of Youth and Civic Education of Cameroon, he has extensive experience in traditional and digital commercial development within organizations supporting digital entrepreneurship. Since 2018, He has dedicated his efforts to assisting numerous companies, including agri-food producers, in digitizing their organizational and commercial processes. His expertise has been crucial in optimizing operations and increasing sales for these companies, thus contributing to the dynamism of the agri-food sector.

Kougoum Djou Nelly Cayrolle
Community manager

 With a passion for agriculture and a background in plant biology with a specialization in biotechnology, she brings a unique expertise to her role as the online community manager at AgroBantou. Her academic background provides her with a deep understanding of biological processes, which she utilizes to create relevant content and facilitate engaging discussions on our online platforms. Her dedication contributes to making our online presence a dynamic space for sharing agricultural ideas and advice. She plays a vital role in promoting AgroBantou's mission of innovation and sustainability in the agri-food sector.

Donald Wilson Lako Ngueudui
CEO Founder
 Construction Manager, a PhD candidate, and a Lecturer at RWTH University in Germany. With a serial entrepreneurial spirit, they have a deep curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring opportunities in Cameroon and across Africa. previously served as a Business Developer and Co-founder of "Black and Connect," an African social network designed to connect and empower the Black community, particularly the African diaspora in Germany and throughout Europe. Their experience also includes mentoring and coaching managers and engineers in process management and interview preparation. Furthermore, he is the Founder of "AgroBantou," a startup dedicated to the production and marketing of consumable products proudly made in Cameroon.
